Horizontal pumping systems
Purpose: Horizontal pump system is intended for injection water into oil wells with the purpose of maintenance of strata pressure of oil deposits

Advantages of the HPS:

 

  1. High efficiency and optimization of parameters of expenses for 1m³ of Flow.
  2. Flexibility of system during disassembling or installation of pump section.
  3. HPS are convenient in service and repair.
  4. The opportunity of use both for group injection, and for individual injection in oil wells.

Equipment:

 

 

1.         The three-phase asynchronous electric motor provides a drive of the pump. Rated voltage is:

0,38, 0,69, 6 kV.

A temperature mode of operation is up to 90 C.

Rotation frequency of a shaft of the electric motor is 3 000 RPM (rotates per minute).

 

2.         The thrust chamber is intended for removal of axial loadings and anti-pressure removal from pump section.

 

3.         The corrosion resistant horizontal centrifugal pump is intended for pumping injected liquid. Recommended pressure upon input of the pump from 0,5 up to 4,0 МПа. Frequency of rotation of a shaft of the pump – 3000-4106 RPM. Efficiency of the pump is 72 %.

 

4.         The assembly frame is intended for installation HPS parts on it.

 

5.         The frequency converter provides safe smooth start-up and  stop of the pump unit, protects the engine from high current loadings, allows to abandon an opportunity of sharp shock mechanical loadings on a shaft and the thrust chamber of the pump occur, smooths lacks of network power supplies of technological installations.

Besides this application of the frequency converter provides essential reduction in expenses for the electric power, especially at operation together with system of PID-regulation.

 

6 .        Control system on the basis of the controller includes the frequency converter and system of PID-regulation (PID means automatic maintenance of the set pressure on output the pump due to correction of frequency).

With its help it is possible to maintain work of pump   systems  in a zone of the maximal efficiency (so minimal energy consumption), owing to that that the system itself selects necessary frequency of rotation of the engine of pump system for maintenance of the set pressure on an output of the pump.

 

And, with change of injection  conditions :

- Changes of amount and pressure of water on the input of the pump;

- Changes intake capacity of well;

- Change of the pump ratio.

Automatics will control the set pressure on an output of the system.

It is necessary to note, that the frequency converter self-setups on loading in such a manner that the optimum balance of consumption of active and jet power is provided.

Control system is equipped with the controller, allowing to bring parameters of work of the HPS in memory and to transfer the data through RS-485 interface.
